Shawna is described as a “polite, caring and intelligent youth.” She enjoys dancing, reading, writing, drawing, arts and crafts, and listening to music. In regular 9th grade classes, she enjoys school and has always done well. Shawna would like a permanent family who can nurture her through her teenage years and help her to achieve success in her future. She hopes to attend college in the future. Due to her previous losses, Shawna will need a patient and understanding forever family. She has a brother with whom she would like to maintain contact.
